if your USB storage device is not a bootable one, try to boot it from a bootable CD.
browse your usb device in command prompt.

if through USB connection imo DVD, sud ka sa BIOS, human change nimo ang boot sequence. First boot device is USB (usually naa sa last option), 2nd boot device is HDD.... kana lang sa.... then select YES sa option na "Boot from external/other boot device". Also make sure bootable imo installer.... daug na....
