nah...saon nlng ni atong generation karon...
kung mag cge ta ug ingon even as young as 9 yrs old kay makagamit na ug cellphone and by the age of 11 or 12 kay makat.on na sila anang shortcuts...kung maanad nana sila until high school and college kay lisod najud na pugngan...
up for this thread aron ma amgo ang mga taw sa ilang gi.buhat sa kaugalingon...

Kay inig sulat niya i shortcut na lang man dayon usahay makalimot na siya ug correct spelling.
Ang kaayuhan ra nako na nakita ani txt noh is the creation of new words kay diha manggawas ang mga terms na wala sa dictionary. Thru shortcuts and mixing of words naa mahimo na bago unya musikat na dayon, gamit gamiton dayon sa tao para mauso. Its good for socializing.

Peer pressure? I don't think so. It's just a matter of sticking to one's discipline. Just stick to 'ol fashioned way English is correctly written. Don't mind what others say about it.
If the thread title is intently written, literally, for the purpose of such discussion. That's fine... At first, I really don't understand what it is. I have to read it syllabically. *geez*
I really don't condone text-speak in this site.

if you will be using the text scripts everyday, you will not be able to remember how to type those words normal words correctly. tapos if pahimuon kag essay, paksit na! hahaha

yes.. naa mulang.. its ok 2 use txt language if kng sa txt lang, kay mu take time man gd kng e.spell out pajud correctly word for word... pero hoping na dli pd nimu malimtan ang correct spelling kay sometimes sa ka anad sa gamit sa txt language ma mispelled nato incorrectly and mga words rabah..
