the reason for sharing this post kay para dili na makuwayan ang mga taw or policyholders... kung mu-salig ka ug bangko, tungod sa PDIC, then maka-salig pud ka sa insurance companies tungod sa IC (Insurance Commission). PDIC and IC have similar functions to play, in my opinion. they are there to make sure that depositors / policyholders are not left hanging when their bank/insurance company, is no longer operating...
