Do you have to be very good in math to finish IT ? I am planning to take up IT but i am not very smart on math . please help :o

"Be very good..?" i don't think so. just do well with your math subjects for you can't ignore it when you take IT subjects and in the field of R&D where IT pro are working, you'll find math as a very helpful tool in order to meet the demands of your job

For me, you don't really need to be good in math, basta you really know how to analyse and understand what you are trying to express..

Math is all about given formulas to solve problems and will always stay like that for centuries since there are already a selection of standard formulas made by the great Mathematician Grandfathers , IT is more on your logical and analytical thinking, although there are given formulas but with the ever changing fundamental technologies(frameworks, libraries, languages), An IT profession requires constant learning through all of these even if graduate na to remain competent, and advantage lang sa dugay na nag-graduate is ang years of experience, daghan nag shortcuts ug techniques kabaw while ang fresh grad mu-follow gud standard. All in all kung maglisod ug logic, ayaw na lang gud. ehe. Plus naa man pod Google ug stackoverflow. hihihi
