    Carla sis congratulations! keep up the good work glad to hear people like me..yes! you can eat a lot (avoid lang mga greasy foods but lami jud na) but with proper exercise always. balance diet ra jud hehehe will post pic sa private nalang kato have same interest like me will send it to you Enjoy Life!!! keep going!!!!

    i noticed, the more you think, the more you lose weight...

    stressed au ko for the last two weeks, when i checked my weight, i've lost 8 pounds! as in... hehehehehe

    ang healthy rate of losing weight kay 1-2 lbs ra per week. makadaot na sa heart ang manubra.. something to do with muscle loss.. basta akong friend na nursing gaingon.
