Hasta gani parking lanes, naa nay designation kung asa ang para motor ug para awto. bahin sa mga awto, kung wa ka sa lugar ni park, aw clampingan or ma-towing gyud na...i even saw a government car, and if my memory serves me right, a tourist bus being clamped in front of Cebu City Hall (kad2 wapa sirad-i ang area between front of city hall and magellan's cross)

And remember .... iwe are already in the months that ends in BER . Where were they from January to August ? I scarecely see them personally and I am a regular commuter around the vicinity of FUENTE OSMENA , B.RODRIGUEZ and the LARSIAN area , suki kaau nila na ang location .

yes a parking area is a parking area. I dont park that way kay sayon ra kau kawaton, i do select asa ko mag park, adto jud parking area kana naa sikyu, bahala ug bayad kaysa makawat. ur barking at the wrong tree bro. what i mean is the new stupid law implemented by LTO is the category D. the anti-modification LAW. its so broad. abi kay mag mags or ilisan imo seat cover, dakpon na. haaay... naunsa naman ni balaod karn..

and one more thing.. a law is a law...it does not define on which location it can be implemented. what does had to do with city and province? in the province, provincial officers are just tolerant compared to city officials.
