Encryption WPA2: AES/TKIP + MAC filtering of wireless devices na imo e connect sa imo AP, and make sure your passphrase is not easy to guess.

i'm using the linksys wrt54g and so far and smiling and satisfied the wireless router is situated a floor below me.. and i still get good signal up here in my room and it's affordable ra pud it's got good reviews pud..

@rayfloyd_170: You just need a switch (if wired imong setup) or AP (if wireless imong setup) or AP w/ switch (for mixed wired and wireless setup) since Prolink Hurricane 5200 already has routing functions (i.e it's a DSL modem-router and not just a DSL modem).

wired or wireless imo set-up? pls. specify... if wired, use a router with 4 lan ports to connect your 3 PC's at home. I use the Encore Broadband Router sa CD-R King and works perfectly.. I use it for a year already and seems a good product for a cheap price.. i have 3 PC'S networked wiredly. Just configure your smartbro connection to share to other PC's.

edimax wireless AP, 4 LAN ports, 802.11 b/g, i reached 3 months without turning it off, until nag brownout. hehehehe. btw its only 1.5k.
