I think not the NAIA oR THE terminal is the problem it's the Cebu Pacific management gyud. I also experienced a super delayed flight of Cebu Pacific from Davao airport going to Cebu. Our flight as far i can remember is 11:00 am but naka larga mi mga 3pm naman siguro to super...Kato lang gani grabe na ka inconvenience namo how much more the above experience. Sakto gyud barato lagi pero very poor ang service.

hahahaha katilaw nako tagam aning Cebu Pacific
ka bayad pa ko og 300 sa taxi nga na ra ko dapit pasay do-ol ra ka ayo sa airport para lang ka abot ko sa flight...na habilin pa akong sapatos sa akong gi sak-an.. kay ga dali2x ko..
nya ma o ray ako ma abtan nga delayed diay to ang flight kalami i patay og tawo.... hehehehe..

last saturday pod akong bro from palawan with his family sked nila is mga 12 noon dont know the exact time..... naka board sila bound to cebu 7pm na.... grabe ka delayed...
na unsa naman neh oi....
matud pa sa akong pag umangkon 5 yrs old.. ne balik nalang sila gikan sa airport kay na delete ang flight hahahaha

CEbu pacific doesn't operate the terminal...
that is why you pay 200 as terminal fee....

my sister in law's flight was delayed on that day too. for a godd 5 hours without anybody from Cebu PAc to explain why. hahay.

if you're not satisfied with the service, don't fly with Cebu Pacific....sakay na lang barko sa Sulpicio, ..... ako sige gehapon ko sakay Cebu Pacific kay barato man...labi na personal trips...kung business trip gali..PAL, hehehe
