I doubt naay provision sa ato labor code nga gibasehan aning mga companyaha nga naghikot ninyo pila ka tuig ila gusto...
One thing for sure, kon naay involve expenses ang companya like trainings & seminars locally and abroad, probably naay katungod ang companya pagpabayad sa imo sa expenses, but it should be prorated... Meaning ang remaining months na lang sa imong contract ang pabayaran whenever you wish to leave the company for good. (In my case, I have to meet halfway of my contract para maprorate ang amount, otherwise kon di moabot halfway, I have to pay the whole expenses incurred)
In my case, my company sent me abroad for training and I was required to serve the company for 1 year in exchange of the expenses incurred by the company during my training... But again, you don't have to worry about your case... Although naa ka gisign nga contract, but what are the legal basis ngano ipa-stay ka ug 2 years? This is a an example of mere arrogance who wanted to own you for 2 years! Unya kon gukoron ka nila, like others said, ga-usik2x ra na sila sa ilang panahon ug attorney's fee...

I know there was an incident when a student went out on this school with an expensive scholarship. Fully trained, well equipped, the school has a lot of standard points but he managed to top it out. Not until he decided to apply despite the scholarship required him to work on 'that' school for a year or two. He went to court and protested. He had the court's decision to his favor.
In general, it was 'NO ONE CAN BIND A MAN FROM HAVING A BETTER FUTURE' (In this cases, its the job -- greener pasture?)
Of course, excluding those positions wherein the employer gave a lot of trade secrets to you. There are some instances where employers put people as fillers and exploit them or wait for the right person to apply. For contractual, it means they wanna see how handle the job. If your good its an instant promotion for you.
I'm certain this will be on your favor... but to be FAIR with the employer who CHOSE you amongst HUNDREDS of applicants. Offer them a person who can do the task you left. Ayaw sad biyae oi! mura manag teacher nga ni-absent sa klase!
for me, wala man ko gikiha sa ako mga prev. employer.. btiaw jke..hehe careful lang basin tinud.on ka.. mas better mo ask ka sa mga co-workers nimo unsa pamaagi sa company ug sa mga friend nmo nga naka work na diha if naa ba breech of contract
Depende mana sa imong contract say for 2yrs you signed a contract with them and its a 2M PHP bond, you have 3 months left to complete that 2yrs so you roughly pay about 250K ( prorated ) if its all about training bond, a 2yr contract will never be valid maski aha nga court.. regularization is on the day you've been with the company for 6 months and AFAIK no contract especially on the labor part is above the law ( unless they changed this and I was not notified =P )
So yeah, wala nata kay bond bayaran after 6 months ila lang ana is dili naka mo kobra ug last pay..
Unsa pud pag bantay mo anang training bond nga mas dako pas inyong 2-3 months nga salary.

Mga bro museek pud unta ko nyu ug advice. Nurse ko. Then nakacontract ko ug esl academy then what happen is that nga gipasugud na daun ko ug pavolunteer sa akong mga ginikanan. I tried resigning with all the proper protocol from my esl. What they said is that they dont accept the reason sa family matters nko. Pabayrun ko nila sa said amount ug ning threaten sila nga butangan ug claims of unprofessionalism sa akong license. Pero naa jud na butang sa contract with proper reason nga makaundang ka dli lang jud madawat akong reason nga family2x. i have acted on behalf nman sad sa company ug ning undang daun ko kai wala pa jud nkasugud ang work kai sa maduku na nuon ang damage well infact wala jud koi damage pa nabuhat sa company ug wala pa gani sad nko narecieve jud akong allowance nlang man.
ever since sa employment ni sulti na jud ko nga muvolunteer duty jud ko ug ning agree sila and the fact nga gihire gihapun ko nila kai in need lagi daw cla ug mga teachers for the camp.

I know unprofessional ang mu breach sa contract but with proper reason man sad kai sa magpadaun ko ngad2 ug magpabadlung sa ilang company kai d jud nko ma.atu nga kana nlang jud amu ayawan sa akong pamilya. knowing that nga nagkagubut jud mi sa akong pamilya tungud lang ana.
So ang circumstance na jud nagsulti nga d nko macomplete ang contract.
