    @quad, its a bid hard to compare the hp mini with the asus eepc 4g. better if you compare it with eepc 900/901 or the 1000H. the EEEPC 1000H happens to be the top CNET choice for UMPC right now.

    I'm sure HP will release more version of the HP mini like what ASUS did with its EEEPC line up. So better wait for that.

    His definitely right! Even me im planning to buy the asus 1000H. Coz its freakin nice spec!

    yeah you're right.. no doubt about it mn jd. storage capacity itself is WAY different from each other.
    im just saying what i think about my HP Mini Note (likes and dislikes) as what the thread is, my opinion about it.

    i got to try the HP mini note... it was great! the feel and the aluminium body... i think by FORM so far its the best... but slugish ang performance though... i just hope they lower the price since VIA ang processor its not that good compared to intel or AMD... and the price is too steep... acer is pricing theirs pretty well but i think their kinda behind the trend. If they could just chug up a bit of GB's to the Acer Aspire One, maybe it could be all worth it..

    By the way folks... i still haven't gotten any sub notebook...

    Scrap out the HP mini note. Hands down, it has the best design in the netbook market. HOWEVER, very lousy performance and annoying glossy LCD.

    By the way i saw a red fox wiz book in ayala and its priced below 20K, any feed back on this? 10" lcd, amd geode LX800, 512 Memory, 60 gb HDD, any comments on this?

    this might be worth the price...

    any comments on the geode LX 800? m not familiar with the AMD platfrom.
