Lets say GMA won by a margin of 3 votes in a clean and honest election

Will Mr. A ask GMA for Customs commisioner I think GMA will tell Mr. A go take a hike..... Because Mr. A has nothing to blackmail GMA Mr. A will take a hike

Will Mr. B ask to head PAGCOR? I think GMA will tell Mr. B to dream on..... Mr. B has nothing to scare GMA into submission.....

Will Mr. C ask to head SUBIC and CLARK I think GMA will tell Mr. C to get lost.... Mr. C has no ACE against GMA....

So there is the scenario.... LEGITIMACY vs. ILLEGITIMACY....

Mr. A gets Customs.... Mr. A gave the money for cheating operation

Mr. B gets PAGCOR.... Mr. B handled the distribution of Money for cheating

Mr. C gets SUBIC and CLARK.... Mr. C switched the ballot boxes
