i guess, to gain experience in your field is to start with OJT.. kanang more than 6months training sa company ha, then perhaps you can try re-apply again in that company after!

and also, show your skills and potential during OJT.. maybe pwede ka recommend sa imo head

mo-pass na ko ug application sa Ontario College of Nursing (ilang state board) sunod semana...

mayta puhon makaskwela ko didto ug masters...magkuha ko ug public health major in urban planning (or urban planning major in public health ba to?) hehe

..sa nurses nuon, mo matter man jud ang license, kay d man ka maka-practice as a nurse jud in a hospital kung d ka licensed nurse, lain2x jud sa kada profession.. mas naa kay edge kung naa nkay license, especially nga dli ing-ana ka easy ang exam..

unfortunately most of the time, the other applicants are also licensed. LOL. no more edge..
