in our company we call it a grade 1 to 7. so if grade 1 ka den u sweldo kai 5k, ako kai grade 1 pamn ko.

and how to be a network security engineer? hehehehe Well I'm in an IT field but still a beginner mostly if multinational companies starting would be 13500 - 15000 naa sad minimum kung ang company is ismol taym.

mostly good salary starts from 12T up ... this will depend on the job description, and specially the company itself.

for starters 12T is good enough for mid to big comapanies. as time goes by, magkadako ra man pud na. hehe. depende na pud na nimo. invest knowledge and skills lang dyud.

theres a demand for IT people now more than ever. More programmers are needed they make more than call center people.in the company i work for its 20 up i didnt get that level of pay until was a call center trainer. 3d animators make even more.
