sakto jud. coz i myself is planning to have another PC. kanang very lowend na torrent lang og gamay na browsing kay kung highend imo i-24/7 fatay ang konsumo. hehehehe.

yep. actually dili lang tungod sa pc ngano nidako imo consumption sa electricity. Syempre pag mu-on ka ug pc... apil jud ang "electric fan" (if not AC) den ang speakers... ang suga... If mga normal midrange setup ang power consumption sa ako tanaw is naa sa 150-230watts (1odd, 1hdd, 5fans 120mm fans) using zalman multicontroller to "see" the actual juice.

1x1gb Inno3D gtx280 1gb (oc'ed 18%)

ang power consumption nya is about 500-520w.

If normal stock settings q6600 at 2.4ghz and vc at stock den nasa 200-220w (browse2x lang sa net and work) but if mag-games aabot to 250-300w.

Thats why i bought
ASUSTeK Computer Inc. this router para for my p2p stuff. 11-15watts lang ang kainin nito.

Yep turn off the monitor, speakers (specially the 5.1 and above) and other stuff na not needed to reduce its consumption.

sa akon dere bai kwenta kung 17" imo monitor na CRT, apil na ang sa balay na gamit ref, TV, lightings, flat iron etc. murag "piso" man lang per hour ang madugang sa bill. compute ko, 20hrs a day, times 30days = to P600 lang ang ma add sa dating walang PC sa bahay. ambot sa inyo kung pilay inyo kwenta.kay sa migo nako mao sad estimate niya may aircon pa sya.kung naa kay extra na electric meter, try separate sa imo linya sa PC lang nimo, para makita nimo ang iyahang consomo sa one month. thanks
