It seems like that everything where people can complain, like dti, the government forum etc., is down all the time.
Why should they care? If its down, no complains, no work for them...

palpak kaau ila system oi...hinay kaau, dn ngbuhat ko account pag log in nko ky dli kasulod ky wrong password daw...na lock nlang akong account daot cge ko try ug log in....

my goodness! bisan diay web base na, lousy ra japon ang service sa atong government offices? Ahay! We just moved in a different platform of serving but the quality of it is still unquestionably LOUSY...

as far as i know, HeadStrong got the bid to restructure their information system and to improve their overall IT problems.. i'm not quite sure when it will be done.. i'll look it up..
