some third party program will do. anyway, if you arent that experienced enough in modifying or installing programs in a cellphone, i advice you to just let an experienced technician do it for you. converting or upgrading os of a cellphone can kill it in an instant if mishaps occur, just like what my pal experienced. one of his cellphone rested in peace. it will void also the factory warranty if not returned to its previous status. it is not advisable to new ones lets say 1-6 months from bought.
