wa jud ko kasulay nga gi-personalay ko sa akong amo. sa ako hinuong officemates.

pero if ever personalon ko sa akong amo, ako usang e-confront, well most likely cya gyud na ang mo-confront nako (kana ha if im still in the same company) kay akong amo pranka man gud nga pagka-tao,(unlike sa akong mga officemate nga daghan plastic!) aside ana wla nakoy ka-saka-an sa akong problema kay akong amo mau pinaka taas sa company...and if ever that confrontation bati ang resulta nga maka-pawagtang jud sa akong gana ug pag-trabaho then that's the time i will resign...bati man sab nga naa moy conflict sa imong amo...kay in the end mangita jud na cya ug bikil para mahawa ka...

pero kung officemate ra nimo ang nag-personalay nimo....AY SUS! sagdae na sila kay insecure lang jud na sila nimo! as in! in-ana nang mga tawhana na! DEAD MA MO LANG!

What if you have a nice job nah.. I know I can just switch jobs like switching underwear, but I'm not that type.. I want to stay in one job for a long time..

The thing is... I cannot risk it.

mao ni ron situation sa akong sis.. gi-personal sya sa iyang boss nya naka-tubag sya.. gi-kontrahan nuon sya ug samot...

nag plan sya mo-resign later this month, then naki-sympathize iyang co-workers (nightshifters) mo-resign pod daw sila kay aware man pod sila lain ug batasan ilang boss..

so karon pa lang nagkabuang na ilang boss ug pangita ug lain nurses.. ni-consult na pod ug lawyer akong sis for the possible charges against her boss...

hmmm... haven't been to a situation like this, but if ever, i'll probably confront the boss. being my boss doesn't give her the right to do just whatever she likes just because it pleases her. trabaho, trabaho lang. walang personalan.
the boss isn't always right, true. although most of the time the pretend to be.
so if they aren't, i think we come to them and point out their mistakes from time to time. but in a nice way lang. para safe pud. hehe

as long as you are doing your job well yaw jud hadlok. i.document ang mga instances nga gi personal ka niya then consult a lawyer. pwede pud visit department of labor kung ganahan ka kung unsa ma advise nila.
