Blood Type Diet - Type AB

Multiple antigens make Type ABs sometimes A-like with weak stomach acid, and sometimes B-like with genetically programmed for the consumption of meats. Type AB do best when their muscle tissues are slightly alkaline. Type ABs can't metabolize meat efficiently because of low stomach acid, so it is important to watch the portion size and frequency. Chicken has lectin that irritates the blood and digestive tracts of Type ABs also. Tofu is a good protein supplements for Type ABs. Nuts, seeds, beans and legumes present a mixed picture for Type ABs. Eat nuts and seeds in small amounts and with caution.

Type ABs can tolerate dairy foods fairly well. But watch out for excessive mucus production.

Generally Type ABs do well on grains, even wheat, but keep in mind that the inner kernel of the wheat grain is highly acid forming in the muscle for Type ABs. Type AB benefits from a diet rich in rice rather than pasta.

Type ABs has a weaker immune system, so you will benefit from the vegetables, which are high in phytocheicals and the more alkaline fruits, which can help to balance the grains that are acid forming in the muscle tissues. Tomatoes do not impose any ill effects on Type ABs.

Type AB should begin each day by drinking a glass of warm water with the freshly squeezed juice of half a lemon to cleanse the system of mucus accumulated while sleeping.

yup they're just the same. Type A can be A+ or A-. The positive or negative is only an indication if you have D antigen/Rh factor in your blood

Blood type O individuals are hunters and meat eaters.

You need to emphasize high protein foods, especially deep ocean fish and sea vegetables such as kelp; organically raised poultry (chicken and turkey); lean, organically raised red meat, especially liver and wild game (deer, elk, etc.). In addition you need to consume large amounts of fresh, organically raised vegetables, especially broccoli, kale, and spinach and their juices as well as lesser amounts of fresh, organically raised fruits and their juices.

You should avoid most grains and things made with them, especially wheat and corn. You should also eliminate kidney and navy beans, lentils, brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, and mustard greens.

You need to emphasize intense aerobic exercises and activities.

The more faithfully you try to regularly use your best foods and the more you avoid your no foods the more rapidly you will see improvements in your health.

Blood Type B individuals are balanced omnivores. You can eat pretty much anything and everything, as long as it is balanced

You do well with high protein foods, especially deep ocean fish; organically raised poultry (not chicken) and eggs; lean, organically raised red meat, especially liver; and wild game, especially venison. Dairy and eggs work well for you. These products should be from organically raised animals. In addition, most grains and legumes (beans and peas) are good for you. And, last but not least, you need to consume large amounts of fresh, organically raised green vegetables and their juices as well as fresh, organically raised fruits and their juices.

You should avoid corn and things made with it. You should also eliminate lentils, peanuts, sesame seeds, buckwheat, and wheat.

You need to emphasize balance with intense and relaxation exercises and activities.

The more faithfully you try to regularly use your best foods and the more you avoid your no foods the more rapidly you will see improvements in your health.
