about buyers asking questions even if the info they're looking for is posted-- if they had no interest in the product, they wouldn't be asking. I see this as an advantage to the seller because he'll know who is interested with the product, even just a little bit interested, and can try to sell directly to the person instead of trying to sell to millions of other ppl who are not interested at all.

sometimes we get so frustrated if potential buyers don't push thru with the sale and we already have our hopes up nga ma-sell ang item. And daghan na pud na-sayang nga text messages and calls for nothing. But just like any business, nothing is final until payments are made, or naay signed agreements. So you can't really rely all the time on verbal/written(without terms; and signature) agreements. People can and have the right to change their minds. And just like any business of selling, there are costs to advertising and in trying to sell the product.

the only problem i see if dili mu-push thru ang nag pa reserve is lost opportunity if naa unta lain mu-palit but wala nimo gihatag coz u were waiting for this person nga ni-reserve. but i guess pwede mani masolve. maybe pwede mo mag sabot between seller and potential buyer nga if naay lain buyer, then seller will try to contact the potential buyer number 1 using the number he provides. If no response within a given time, then seller can sell the item to the next buyer without feeling guilty about not keeping the product reserved for potential buyer #1. pwede ba ni?

naa ba'y thread about code of conduct/ethics as a buyer/seller? so we can be guided on how to properly conduct ourselves as buyers/sellers.

Hay.. Ma karma ra dyud to cya ui. Pirti pa dyud niya hangyo nya mangingilad diay to. Paet. I think naa pud cya issue with another buyer namaligya og bags, the seller even called her a BOGUS buyer. Okay raman ng mu hangyo bah.. pero delicadeza lang unta bah na naa dyud intention na mupalit nya dili ta lipat lipaton sa bayad.
