@jhiade I agree with all my heart! nyahahahahaha!!!!! pag travel specialist mo you will die young!! hahahaha...
working in a call center is hard though, however, just think of the pay and do your job well coz you will never get a salary as high as call centers offer if you are working in one of the companies in the country....

technically, being an agent is quite an easy job but it is the working conditions, office politics, unreasonable client demands and pressure, double standard policies, onerrous contracts, half-baked supes and managers and over multi-tasking that makes your life there a living hell.
take it from me, i used to work for one for more than 2 years in the most slave-driving center of them all.
personally, working in a call center is just good for experience and training. if you are TRULY intelligent don't get carried away by all those morale boosting pep talk and decide to make a long term career out of it because that's all it is, JUST TALK.
my 2 cents worth..
Yep, working in call center is just good if you're a yuppie, or fresh gradÂ*... I'ts far more better than being a standby... Then advantages is that some call center companies don't require you to be a college grad,
Â* or a PRC licensed, or high grades... you will be hired on how you do your best during the interviews...
But after a year or more working in a call center, you might think again and ponder...Â*
Is this the life I really want to spend? Am i working on a job that I really like, or am i just working because of the salary?
What makes me special compared to other call center agents..?
Is this really my vocation working in a call center?..... or is there something else out there that I'd really like to do in spite of the salary?![]()
