Haay, I was really shocked upon seeing Loren Legarda enter the picture. When all ended well she showed up and revealed that she was secretly involved in the negotiations. She says it was her Christian duty to help and that her only role was to pressure Mayor Isnaji into convincing the kidnappers to release the captives unconditionally. Ngayon tuloy ang suspect biglang yung mag-amang negotiator na rin. I could only speculate that the kidnapping was orchestrated by some groups for publicity purposes. Legarda and Isnaji worked together during the negotiations. Isnaji is now a suspect. Loren says she prodded Isnaji to ask for the release. If ever what I'm thinking is true, Isnaji will take his part from the ransom, whatever the amount, and Loren will gain her much needed publicity. So it's like Loren paid for her publicity, while the Mayor gets his share from the "ransom." Hehe, this issue has many loopholes.
