    At this point in the undertaking, Landco has taken enough measures like constructing retaining ponds to contain and ease the cascading silt and water brought upon by the rains.

    Before Landco even began making blueprints of the project, Landco made industry standard geological surveys on the hills and they came to a reliable conclusion that the site of Monterrazas de Cebu is stable and suitable for housing development.

    Do you know that Mayor Tomas Osmeña had already canceled Landco’s development permits? I wonder why you continue selling this project, you can check the news here.

    But I would like to say this to all buyers to this project, before you decide to buy a lot on this project, make a background check first if what sir arnolfu said is true or not, do this for your protection buyers.

    Anyone nga gusto motan-aw sa mga retention ponds let me know aron i-tour ta mo didto, provided lang nga at least you have the capacity to buy a lot, kay kapoy pud magtour unya usyosero ra diay. Mahal na kaayo ang gasolina...panginabuhi baya ni.

    Dili bro. Murikat man siguro to ila o Mosirrat....I'm sorry, I'm not familiar sa Camella, but I think para sa mid-range market to ilaha sa Camella Communities.

    Ultra high-end ni ang Monterrazas de Cebu. It's a concept that is something very new here in Cebu. Para lang sa creme dela creme. Residential Resort Community - not just a Residential Community.

    Sir, Monterrazas de Cebu is being developed by Landco Pacific, very well known for high-end, leisure, urban and hometown communities, hotels and resorts, and malls, which makes us currently at par with the Ayala Land Premier, the developers of Amara.

    Its supposed counterpart with the Camella Group of companies is the Crown Communities.
