it's okay to shower after a workout kay manimaho man sad ka kung dili kaligo and ang discomfort sad kay pilit baya ang singhot.
the advise of my doctor is: after a strenous exercise you have to let your body cool down, about 10 minutes, before hitting the shower. wet your lower extremities first, with the head the last. there were cases daw that some people suffer cardiac arrest during shower. allow lang gyud your body to cool down and reach normal temperature.

i think either way is fine.... but i prefer to have my singot dried and rested first before i do shower...

So in effect, if what you're saying is true, professional cyclists who race in the Tour de France (each stage is over 200 kilometers long, that's 6-7 hours on the bike) for over 15 days (who douse water on themselves during the stage and right after crossing the finish line) are being unhealthy
I've been a cyclist for over 15 years--I've been dousing water over my head/body for as long as I can remember. Whatever "scientific basis" you've read must have been grossly exaggerated.
