I started out as a contributor of poems and literature then eventually took the exams to qualify me as an official writer. I was then assigned as a Technical Section writer, writing about flying and aircraft technical stuff and then rose to being the Technical Section Editor. after a year, I became the Associate Editor and then the next year, was promoted to the Editor-in-Chief level. My school sent me to an all expense paid official mission to attend a campus journalism seminar/workshop in Baguio City to further enhance my journalism skills. I spent my last year as an Editor-in-Chief teaching and discipling my subordinates to prepare them for the next level and to instill in them the right mindset and motive in campus journalism.

here I was with my colleague during a free time in Baguio City


then here I go on the workshop with my good old parker pen. Through several years, I wrote so many articles and poems with that pen and I still use it up until now.
