very feasible. wireless is the simpliest way with proper ntc license, but you can also offer dsl connection for your clients. you need a router to connect a link to an isp, a DSLAM in your end and CPEs to connect your clients, a switch to interconnect the router and dslam, lots of 24awg or 26awg copper wires for the physical connection between you and your clients, and street posts also

look for taiwan made adsl dslams coz theyre cheap
