    Insomnia is more of a psychological disorder. Medicines only lessen the effects by stimulating your sleeping center found in you hypothalamus. So if you've got issues, resolving them will help cure your insomnia better.

    hahaha! i got issues too! pero, dli man insomnia ako, hypersomnia man!
    and then the dreams come, and they're far more disturbing than not being able to sleep.. when ur not asleep, at least u don't have nightmares like me..
