i think lang noh.. its true to unefficient appliance. like ref, washing machine, aircon... anything that has motors in it coz the motors are non efficient unlike electronic gadgets and computer that have efficient part and IC's.... so dili na cya mueffect sa mga efficient na daan

and i think iya buhaton is to correct the true power not the apparent power... to make your device more efficient... in other words this makes your appliance more efficient in consuming electricity.
