just go the natural way of losing weight. diet and exercise. youl feel more accomplished by going that way..
exercise more, eat less. alternate anaerobic and aerobic exercise.

My tips:
Don't eat less! A lot of ppl make that mistake. U need food for energy so just eat sensibly.
I eat every 3-4 hours. When I used to eat less, I became very underweight and I also worked out too much.
Water: Very important and it improves ur bowel.. If ur bored with still water, have some sparkling water!
Coke/lemonade etc...they're all crap
Pills and such rubbish are only temporary. Too many false promises.
Dance. Even if ur a bad dancer. If u rather go for a walk then walk fast. I work out 5 times a week. But 3 times is enough.
Girls (and even guys) belly dancing is a fun way to lose weight..so give it a try! I go once a week.
I don't eat after 7. Maybe i'll sneak in a piece of fruit if I have to stay up late to do hw.
You don't have to deprive urself of a little indulgence. If u do, ud pbbly go crazy!

i used to be 175lbs. i am 5'10". used to be sedentary. used to eat cakes, ice cream, fastfood stuff, imported chocolates like there is no tomorrow. i can consume a whole premium goldilocks cake in two days.
but those were the days. i promised myself that when i turn 30, i'll go sober.
last june i did turn 30 and followed what i resolved to do. modified my eating habit to something healthier.
my mother always has to have her 5 servings of fruits each day, so it's not difficult for me to stash a fruit or two. and she always cooks utan bisaya in the evening. thank God.
oatmeals in the morning. better hydration. a total realignment of myself.
i started doing some exercise. just skipping around the house and produce some sweat.
by august, i decided to visit abellana sports center. i jogged. i can barely do a few rounds. i scanned the internet for some info about running. i realized, it takes time to be good at it. especially for someone as old as i am. but i wanted so much to achieve something. so i never gave up. jog, jog, jog.
now, after 5 months, i have seen dramatic results. i now maintain a weight of 145lbs. my 37-inch-waist has gone down to 32. i have joined a couple of 10k races. the last one i placed 4th among the fun runners. i can eat what i want but always leaning on healthier stuff. my grandmother, who is over 90 years old, and my mother think i look too emaciated. but who cares, i've never felt better.
my point: losing weight is a total overhaul of one's lifestyle.
