    dili na libre ang paypal.....

sending money or paying for item will not cost you.

but receiving money... that is the problem... 3-5% and kuha.....

unless its between 2 personal paypal accounts and you will use paypal balance. but you can do it if you both have US banks

kanang free sa paypal is US bank to US bank... meaning you have a paypal account link to a US bank... and you want to transfer money (paypal balance) to another paypal account also with a US bank.

but if you have paypal Philippines... you will not get that feature....

When I use paypal to pay for something... they always use my paypal balance first since it won't cost a thing for them... but I always use my credit card to pay....

I don't know if there is still that $500 limit for paypal philippines. Since you can now withdraw directly to any philippine bank. That $500 limit is for withdrawal to a visa debit/credit card.

    example:

I have a paypal. I will transfer to your paypal $500.

you now have $500. you withdraw it to you philippine bank account. The problem now is in the conversion. The banks have a low conversion rate for the dollar.

so if the BSP rate says $1=P42 the banks will change your dollar $1=40.5 worst case 40 or lower.
