1. For security reasons, para dili ma lost imong mga post na gihagoan, back up everything! Backup your database locally ug ang imong whole wordpress na folder..
2. Set up a new database sa imong bag.o na host. You can then import the database.sql na imong na backup.
3. Upload your files sa new host and edit the wordpress wp-config.php file to the new database info.

Import/Export in Wordpress works great if you only really have one user that writes in your blog (just you). You'll run into slight complications with multiple users. One you have your backup file exported, it's just a matter of installing WP on your new host and importing your posts. Once that is done, it's just a matter of transferring your domain. Leave your old WP site up until you are sure the migration was successful. There is a post limit to exporting though. I have posts going back to 2005 and I easily ran into this limit, so if you've been blogging a while with lots of posts, your only choice is a DB backup.

The best solution if you know what you're doing would be to do a whole DB backup, but if you are asking this question here, you are probably best off with exporting from WP. If your character set isn't already the currently default character set (UTF-, then prepare for more problems.
