From renowned guitarist Bruce Conte: "Al McKay is the original guitarist of Earth, Wind and Fire. Al wrote "Sing A Song" and a number of the EWF hits. He played on all of the most popular EWF albums, and continued touring with Verdine White and Phillip Bailey after the breakup of the original band. Phillip Bailey and Verdine White have their own version of EWF that consists mainly of pre-recorded music, much to the chagrin of the Los Angeles music scene. I know some of the members of Phillip's band , and they complain about having to pantomime to the pre-recorded tracks. I played in the Al McKay version of the band to enthusiastic crowds throughout Europe and Japan, and I can tell you that it is musically far superior to the Phillip Bailey version of EWF. I played with Al's band for five years, and left to rejoin my band Tower of Power. I recorded nine albums as the guitarist in Tower of Power. The Al McKay version of Earth, Wind and Fire is NO HOAX. Do yourself a favor and go see this great band. I will be guesting with them during their concert here in Cebu, and I look forward to playing onstage with Al again".

was there and was very disappointed. we payed 3k each to get wet in the rain. cant believed the organizers didnt anticipate the weather.
