wala na TS sa earthlink bro but the agents from TS were transferred to other LOB's of their choice. that's one good thing about PeopleSupport. Di jud ka mag worry na anytime mawad.an ka ug job coz if ma dissolve imong account, they will just transfer you to another account unlike other call centers na if mag pull out imong account, apil pud ka mawagtang.
