i believe, and i'll make the most out of it
Destiny? i think its up to the person if he/she make her/his destiny...
yes. isn't it obvious that we all have that?
OT: anyway, i think a more difficult question would be... what do you think is your destiny?
indeed.Originally Posted by sassy_suzzy

there's really someone who is made for al of us..
of course..
with the divine intervention, yes, i do believe in destiny..
i used to believe that "i am the master of my fate, the captain of my soul."
i used to believe that i pave my own path, i draw my own present and future...
but as i cruised along life's open seas, no matter how i try to steer myself to a certain direction, the odds would sometimes be strongly against me;
its like some kind of invisible force always leads me somewhere else, like a shepherd boy who dictates where his flock of sheep should be...
now i'm wondering about what the purpose of life really is if there's such thing as "destiny."
arent life and freedom and free will meaningless if there is destiny? isnt it unfair that we are trying to draw blood to get to a certain level in life, win a heart or count sleepless nights to get richer only to find out in the end that nothing happened out of it coz we were "destined" to be "just like who & where you are now?"
if destiny is true, it would make life foolish; it would make our efforts meaningless. our lives should not be pre determined. we would just like be puppets entertaining that invisible audience who dictates our every move. dreaming would be a frustration..tsk tsk tsk...
i'd like to believe destiny isnt possible. however, my experiences tell otherwise.
