not enough money to buy food that I wanted to eat!
since I only have 50php in my pocket, I tend to really save it for PUJ fares... *sigh* instead of buying candies or chips... that's the easiest way for me to lose weight...
but if I tend to have enough money... off to McDo or KFC I go... weeeeee... F O O D!

1 cup of rice intake during lunch only
strictly no rice but purely bread/fruits/freshmilk during dinner time
exercise like walking and jogging 2/week and daily set-up
no softrdinks, alcohol and cigarettes
1litre of h20/day & fresh fruit juices
this is very effective. in the morning have 1 cup rice and 1 viand (no chicken skin, no pork fat).... lunch time eat anything protein, rice 1/2 cup rajud, or no carbo is better. kun gutom jud kay wala naanad 1/2 cup rice, daghani imu sud-an but proteins lang okay. at night before 6 pm, a fruit and 1 glass skim milk for good bowel movement the next day.... drink like a camel, but make sure ur accessible to a restroom often okay. don't eat sweets, and if mu-crave jud ka, eat one serving of sweet (like icecream or cake) ONCE A WEEK....just because you're dieting doesn't mean u deprive okay. and basta if gutom ka between meals, drink water lang jud. and if u pair off this diet w/ exercise, u cud increase the food intake. so mas kugihan, mas naay K mukaon.....simple right?
oh yeah, no softdrinks okay, pero if gusto jud ka, kanang light lang. no mayonnaise, no alcoholic beverages, ........
no pop if tempted diet lang. jogging everyday. but you have to be committed to get results coz its not easy
work work and work...sharo
