there is no such thing as a rite time to exercise, you can excercise early morning, late afternoon and even in the evening.. but there is a rite time to relax coz our muscles need to relax coz its working all day and all nite voluntary and involuntary.. so if ur not tired and u need to sweet it out.. so feel free to exercise and after u will feel good and fit...
everyday (sa buntag) is tha best time fer me..
Working out in the morning is best...give your metabolism a head start.

Exercise itself is ideal at any time and getting exercise is more important than getting it at a certain time of day.
I ran 10-15km daily @ 4AM then do meditation after I get back home like 6AM...then go to work and after office I do Yoga Asanas followed by Meditation...
Best time to exercise? wat a complicated question..it doesnt mattter for begginers if wat time of day u exercise.ur goal is to get a momentum to get the grip on exercising everday..then if u think na daily routine na nimo ang exercse for a year then mybe its time to make ur exrecis more serious or detailed...so ask urslf again wat is the best time to exercise..answer...exercise frst sa time
na comfortble ka..ok dnt complicate things..one step at a time
