i second the motion,, running wud be best to lose weight
any sport will do, what is important is how you dedicate yourself to loose weight...
any method to loose weight will go in vain if you do not dedicate ang give importance to it..
say running..what if you run only for days and stop ky kapoy..wa japon
say badminton..you just play a few days..then undang..wala japon
but if you only make a simple brisk walking but you do it every day and never quit even for how long it takes..mas mo gamay pa tingali ka ani...
pingpong kay di ka kabantay nga kutas na pero ang singot ga tubod..
running then basketball. then sacrifice gamay sa imong kaon. ayaw palabi kay useless ra japon if abusado ka sa kaon...
swimming...its a good exercise and helps to loose weight pd.....
yeah... swimming is the best gyud. total workout with out the stress to your knees.
there are things nga pwedi makapagamay sa lawas. Running is the best one and badminton.
Join ug mga fun run dri sa cebu. Dili lang makapagamay, u will meet new friends pud nga runner.
