It may not be a necessity but there is an advantage of being a college degree holder than not being one. That is a fact we can't deny.

true not a necessity to be financially successful pero it's nice to have... but if you really love the course or ma lingaw gud ka sa work then I'd guess it's a necessity kay eventually it's job that you enjoy so you won't see it as "work".

for me, i would somehow disagree with this. college degree has higher standards than those who has no degree in college.
