The only definitive cause why marijuana (or hemp) illegal because it's been marketed, reproduced, sold to minors in high dosage. Before no one knows what legal and illegal for marijuana. American Indains use hemp to smoke for the peace but with recent usage, marijuana is a common item to be marketed and easily to use. When you sell them in streets in contraband, without regulations (in some US palces) it will be branded as ILLEGAL.
