    how about hydrogen?

it's clean and renewable since it comes from water and has water as a by-product..Honda has been manufacturing hydrogen-powered cars for quite a while now..remember kadtong water-powered car na gibalita years ago?..the only issue right now for hydrogen is its storage and mass extraction processes but its the cleanest among the alternatives..

You are talking about HFC's (Hyrdrogen fuel cells), what the Gemini and Apollo spacecraft used as power source. I have an American friend who went here to Cebu sometime in 2005, to study the feasibility of putting up a joint methanol (from Sugar Cane) and HFC production plant. He wanted to put up the plant near Daang-Bantayan, but a few months after he came back to the US, he told me the projected costs + effort was not viable to win the hearts and minds of his superiors and investors back in the US, so he abandoned the project.

Lagi, I really think this is really happening. Therefore, it is really possible nga naa na ta aning technology pero because in the name of profit and special interests, wala gyud ta. And we'll never know the truth nga gi-ingon ani ra d ai ta pag control..

renewable energy is now a by-word of developmental banking.
daghan nasad na projects of that kind ang nafinanced:
    1. ilocos wind turbine
    2. mga minihydros
    3. biogas
    4. jathropa plantation para bio-fuel (not sure if nana ni na project)

nindot sad unta ang solar power pero mahal pa. nindot unta kung ma mass produced na.
