If users can't log in, that is entirely their fault and not ours. There is NO file to correct. This is not something that moderators should be "advised" about.

New members should be aware that they have to activate their account before they can use it. If your account has already been activated, make sure your browser accepts cookies and can handle them correctly. If not, removing the existing cookies will usually help. If the problem does not lie in your computer, it might lie with your ISP. Some ISPs pass you through different proxies when connecting to the internet. Since phpBB uses your IP to identify you and if your IP changes constantly because of your ISP, then the best way to get around this is ... when logging in check the "login permanently" box.

There are only some things istorya can do.

1. If you never received a confirmation e-mail ... e-mail info@istorya.net with the username you signed up with.

2. If your account has been banned, do the same as #1.

That is my advice to you. Corrected among file. Correct yours.

a friend of mine just sent an email at the address you gave sir vern. i hope you could do something to help him.

his account got inactive when he changed his email add and password.
