ang uban graduates sa nursing kay hopeless na, kay kapila balik ug take ug board exam wala gihapon kapasar.
Some of my friends na graduate pud ug nursing walay mga trabaho or not inline with their profession ilang work bisag registered Nurse na sila.. it means saturated na kaau ni na course..

i dont wana further read on...this so disheartening.
nag basol au ko hanu nag nursing pa ko...
karon ra nako na feel na di jud ko para sa nursing...
reading the figures my parents spend on it makes dizzy
hahahy, life. i should be working by now na unta
if i took another course...which i like figuratively and literally.

I can't imagine from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.. almost a thousands of nursing students..
sa cebu lang.. we have UC na pirting daghana ug sections.. UV, USC, SWU,CDU,CIT,ACT,USJR,Velez,etc..
they can produced thousands of graduates yearly diba?.. pero asa man sila mag work after ana?.. diba gamay raman hospital sa cebu.. and if they planning to work abroad needs some experiences diba?...
so means unemployment?.. hay..

yup hasta mga computer schools karon bro nag-offer na pod ug nursing..hehe sa kanang schools lang daan nga imong gipang mention, grabeh na kadaghan sa studyante.. mao ng nagproblema cla karon on their hospital affiliations, asa nila ipang pasok ilang mga nursing students...
and yes sakto kaau ka, pwerteng dghanang new nurses pero maihap ra ang hospitals.. ako gani naabot na lang jud ko ug mindanao pra lang intawn immediately mka-trabaho dayon ug hospital (coz hiring man kaau at that time didto lugara)... maau na lang gani kay naay mga call centers nga somehow naka-cover up sa unemployment dri sa ato.. pero mao pod lagi, mahimo ng liability ang hospital experience sa mga nurses, which is kinahanglan jud kung mo-abroad.. paet...

to add on.. ang uso diay karon for the new nurses is mag VOLUNTEER. mobayad ka ug certain amount sa hospital or other medical institutions then mag work ka sa ila as a volunteer for at least 3 months... counted ni sya as hospital experience & hatagan cla ug certificate... pero mao pod lagi, imbis manarbaho unta ka para maka-kwarta, ikaw pa nuon ang magbayad sa ila..hehe luoy na kaau ang mga ginikanan...
