Depende pod sa position. Naa may advantages and disadvantages concerning if ang employee young or older/more mature.

If ako ang manager or owner sa company, if supervisory or managerial positions, needed jud ang naay experience of 5 to 10 years, so ang naa ani nga advantage kay 30 to 40 years old jud. Or even if pang rank and file pero needed ug skills and experience ang position, ang mga older yet expert individuals ang maka provide nato ani.

Pero if pang entry level, unya naa koy succession plan nga e develop ang mga new recruits into future team leaders and specialists, I would prefer younger generations.

Advice lang sa tanan, especially sa younger generations or fresh grads, use your salaries efficiently. Ayaw pag usik2x, think ahead on your future if asa na kaha ka 5 to 10 years from now.

IMO Filipinos should observed this ^_^ . hehehe no to that discrimination oie as long as able to work pana sila (sound mind, strong and healthy) let's welcome them. Kita tanan mo reached ra anang edara oie.
If you feel that you will reach that age and not have a good job, then start working for the government.

Attitude, I can see you have that, easy to tell... Aptitude, you get it as you go along...

Still, I believe you will only be discriminated upon if you're over 40 if you allow them to.

    .
You can't go wrong with a good succession plan. And yes, it is still better to develop people from within...

Agree jud ko ani. Apili pod ug lifestyle kay ug gastador kaayo mahurot ang ganansiya apil pa ang puhunan.

Payter pa man ang 40-50 years old labi na sa mga professionals.

kanang edara matured na na para diskarte sa panginabuhi oi.dili na angay magsalig mangempleyo kay wala man ta sa U.S. nga dili mo matter og edad. but for me, if im the owner of a certain company, i prefer to hire those matured individuals coz i believe that stage of age is more responsible enough.
