Sir, IT Helpdesk is better than technical support. you will be handling IT issues, not just specific device or service issues like laptop or internet connectivity ra imo e troubleshoot. daghan kag makat-onan diri.

naa man pud me night shift, swertehan lang ko na dayshift ko.... pero as always, ni pirma man ta og flexi sched, kung e balik ta sa night shift... tando nalang... sa pagka karon, malipayon ra ko pang gobyerno nga oras same ra sweldo sa gabie

for now it's still US, but our Global IT Services will soon be supporting all regions (AUS, Europe, Asia Pacific, and i think Latin America)
