Howdy fellow asthmatics! lol. It's been a couple of months since my last attack. Allergies and stress jud ang mag-induce but I've learned to cope naman. Try to recognize your symptoms para maka medicate dayon ka. Try getting a check-up sah, and swimming helps. A LOT. Trust me.

hey, agi lang ko but m asthmatic too. infact latent onset, i was 26 yrs old wen i was diagnosed with it. last attack 2005. thank god. pero kataw-anan bya to ky naa ko sa work and gipakana-og ko sa charge nurse sa didto sa ED namo pra mag nebs treatment. so gi triage ko and i was placed sa Fast track na room...given the breathing ttt then, just a matter of seconds...i had a paradoxical reaction with albuterol. i cud not breathe na nuon....na nabuang ko ug pangita ila call bell ky lahi man sila set up...na hapit oi, kay mao dyud pag sud sa RN na orientee pa gyud pinoy...hahahahaha! na ng-luhod nako nearly to pass out!!! pag ka way dungog nako
so far so gud for now! l try to keep it this way....cross fingers

buried thread ni xa but i'm bumping it. newly diagnosed asthmatic. akong allergic rhinitis unfortunately ni develop into asthma.
