self descipline!
we must control our population. if our population is controlled, education will be of higher quality(because of smaller ratio of teacher to student), few will be competing for jobs, the governmnet will be able to feed the poor, and there will be lesser squatters. just observe the developed contries.
discipline oneself...

The rich in the Philippines can do a lot to help alleviate the deplorable condition of the poorest of the poor of our society...
plowing back a portion of their profits to the needy by opening job opportunities to most of our citizen who are unemployed, giving them a chance to live a decent life ...
by not resisting and circumventing the genuine spirit of CARP ...
by resisting the temptation of gaining political power just to safeguard their family businesses ...
by not trampling on the human rights of the poor ...
There are a lot of things the rich can do ... to prove wrong the religious adage that says ... " It is easier for a camel to enter the eye of a needle than a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven. "
ipapaak ang mga corrupt public officials in the philippines sa mga great white shark. Ug ipapapaak gihapon ang musunod sa ila. Ipapaak sa mga bulldog ang mga abusado nga mga pulis ug sundalo. In this way, matarong na ta tanan! No more corruption, no more poverty!
share lang ko gamay. this topic is so complicated, a lot of factors are involve in this..
I strongly believe that the problem is the lack of love for our country. we were rich before than our nieghboring countries, but look at us now. we should work not only for ourselves but for our nieghborhood and country as well. most of us after getting education wants to go abroad, why would they leave their own country? lack of love for the country. it's the same concept here in our city. you can see squatters all over the place, at the shoreline, by the river banks in every vacant space. well in fact, those people are not from our city. they're from other provinces and other towns. few are tending the ricefield, few are planting rootcrops and vegies. they don't love thier province or towns anymore. they all go to the big cities believing that they'll do good but sad to say, they're not.
Filipinos who are working abroad, they don't want to come back anymore. they don't have love for our country or shall we say lack of love for the country. i can't blame them for doing that, with our present problems, corruptions in the government, who wants to anyway? but for me, it's wrong.
teach our children first to love the country. love our country first and we'll stop and solve poverty..
