Wrap dresses are great because they are able to adjust sizewise. If she has bigger chest she should wear a tank under that peaks out so "the ladies" are not jumping out. And short sleeves look bad if arms are bigger.

Dark denim jeans, be wary of the cut of your tops, NO HORIZONTAL STRIPES AT ALL, and killer heels (instant slimmer!).
Oh, and make sure your handbag doesn't fall on the part of your body that you're most conscious of so it doesn't draw attention to that area.
