in my humble opinion, ang purpose lng jud cguro aning pag change karon sa federal is to share the power from the Imperial Manila. after aning ma change na to federal, we will have another problem napud. but maau nlng ning mag change ta kai f dili nato ma change den kanus-a pman.

di nalang natu hunahuna-on nga kita ang maka benefit sa atong generation kung mausab ang pang gobierno. sa ato nalang unya nga mga anak ug mga apo. gitagaan ta karon ug kahigayonan nga kung usbon natu ang pang gobierno, it may not be as perfect as we expect but it will be better than what we have now. if we squander this chance, now that digong is still here, there would no longer be any other chance.

RH bill .. pila ka tuig to na lalis. how much more karon na involve na gyud sa bahinay sa corruption sa tax, mangapo na lang tingali ta, dili gihapon ma federal ang pilipinas.
uyon kaayo ko nimo brad nga information drive. edukahon mga tawo ipakita side by side unsa ang federal presidential ug unsa ang federal parliamentary... nga kanang honest reporting ba.. walai bias and leave it to the people to decide. gamiton sa gobierno tanang educational tools aron ma inform ang mga tawo ug maka decide. after all, this is what is meant by democracy -the rule of the people.

ug mao sad gyud ni ang naka bati na reality, akong balikon, daghan kau mga way au na mga senators ug congressmen ang dili musugot ana kay mao lagi, ang ilang ma corrupt is mugamay na. if gusto sila na maka corrupt, aw, magpa demote sa sila into governor ...

hugaw kaayo atong mga leaders boss, mao nang dili kaayo ko mag expect na ma federal ta within presRod's rule .... hoping but not expecting.
daghan apprehensions about federalism boss. ako i admit di gyud ko familiar how it totally works.but i know that in some countries it worked for them. daghan developed countries it worked for them.

and one advantage we have now is that, since daghan na countries ang ni adopt ana nga government, then we can observe and learn from them. so we can just get the good and avoid the bad. so ang learning curve ug ang growing pains kay dili kaayo ingon ana ka dako.im sure other federal governments are willing to share their knowledge. and most of our lawmakers today are ok enough for this. hope this will push through.

usa sa advantage ani is naa ta daghan laws nga ma update tungod ani.i think.di ko sure. daghan kaayo ta laws nga medyo outdated labi na sa mga fines ug bail. atay kaayo. ridiculous.

and ang prime minister dali ra tangtangon if magbinuang.

this is the final official draft from the Consultative Committee who recommended the presidential federal form of government.
dunai gi propose ang House of Rep sub committee but it is the parliamentary federal. whichever will be debated soon and maybe put into a plebiscite. ug samtang mag lalis ang mga dagkung tae diha sa congress ug mga senador unsai maka ayo nato? kita pud mga tawo kai naa naman jud karon ang power sa internet nga ma inform ta, di ta maghuwat ug hungitan ta ug informasyon. kita mismo mga tawo, magsugod pud ta ug research unsa ang pluses and minuses sa ilang mga gipang propose. duna bai mga nasud nga atong kapanaminan nga mahimong ehemplo kung mo usab ta sa atong pang gobierno. sa ako nang giingon ang naka taya ini ang kaugmaon sa mga generations nga moabot. dili ang atong pagkabutang karon. tinuod lisud kaayo ta pero kung wa tai buhaton ang atong mga anak ug mga apo ug mga apo sa atong mga apo musamot kalisud. nagkadaghan ang tawo but we didn't do anything to "fine tune" our way of government that would be in step with the changing conditions and passing of time. we will be finger pointed by our descendants for just sitting on it and and had done nothing. kuntento na ba lang diay ta ug tawgon ta pirme ug third world country?

that's why i said earlier that this over ambitious politicians will do their own maneuverings just to protect their turf. never mind about the people... and they will always peddle their sales talk of a nation dismembered by Federalism. ilaron pirme ang mga tawo nga minos ug access sa information ug tungod lagi kai daghan pa kaayo ron sa mga tawo nga walay internet, mailad sad. and this is where these ruthless politicians will do their diabolical works.. ilaron pirme ang tawo

Nindot kaayo basahon kay straight forward and plain english ang gipang gamit.
    Unlike sa 1987 Constitution.
