    hala kusog bya kau ko moinom ug tubig with ice ai...lami jud... pero naa ko bilbil ambot lang sad tungod ba kha ni sa tubig o wa lang jud koy exercise2x... hehehehe

    pero ice cold water is not unhealthy but its better to drink room-temperature water. Mas dali ma-absorb sa body.
