who has tried updating BIOS via windows

i close lng tanan application before ka mag update through windows.

sa ako gigabyte mobo, sa windows mn ko mag update. manigurado ko ug close sa tanan way gamit na aps labi na ang antivirus. ^_^

In my asus mobo, walay blema update bios using windows kung lower to higher bios version. Kung mag downgrade gani gamit jud ug USB flash utility and in DOS mode.

mao sad na ako gamit sa Intel nako nga board, download ko sa Intel nga website sa bag-o nga bios then execute from Windows, mo-restart siya para i-apply ang bios update.

on my older P3 CPU's before floppy ko magbios update pero sa ako mga new na CPU sa windows na ko magbios update. currently, i'm using a Asus P5N32 SLi SE Deluxe which i think murevert siya to current working bios kung masayop ang pagflash. pwede ra pud nuon muorder sa Asus og new bios chip. hehehe..

I used the update utility for my gigabyte board many times, even under Vista and it always went smooth...

ask lng q guys.. what if ma-interrupt ang pag update sa bios.. maguba jud ang motherboard? hdlok mn mo-update sa bios.. way pampalit bag-o MoBo

As long you do not restart the PC, you can flash again...
