Going back to the main topic, "Was the NTC right in banning the airing of the wiretapped conversations?".................. For me yes, if it will result to turmoil and chaos in a country regardless of the people in power. BUT it should be AUTHENTICATED PROPERLY before being aired or it could just be a nasty propaganda.

With the recent scandal the people who INITIALLY authenticated it are with the very same people who wants to air it for a specific purpose.

Gee. I wonder if there is a reason why the CDs ("tapes") have not been "verified" to the satisfaction of all parties yet The technology and means for doing so are readily available. The rest of the world is now watching...and probably laughing.

They don't need to hear it. WHY?! Because it was illegally acquired. I suggest you take a refresher on our constitution sir. In short, even if it was indeed GMA on that tape they don't need to hear it because as far as they are concerned it is technically pure hearsay or manufactured evidence. WHY AGAIN? because it was wiretapped. So what's the point of presenting an inadmissible evidence?

Even though it MAY not be admissible, it doesnt mean she did not cheat. It cant be admissible, but it proves that she cheated.
